SAMPLE POLICY Exports / Imports
Samples are not used in global trade for the following reasons:
| 1. | No sample will ever be from the same bag, batch, Silo, Consignment, Order or Shipment. |
| 2. | Any sample can be easily fabricated and does not represent a true sample of what will be received in a shipment. |
| 3. | A sample can easily be damaged by heat, moisture, humidity during transport. It might also lose some of its oil content, protein content, appearance … etc. |
| 4. | No buyer should ever base their decision on a sample. |
| 5. | Each & every shipment is checked & inspected at the port of loading by SGS /Equivalent for quality & quantity Should the specifications not match those stated in the contract then the shipment is not passed/certified by the independent international inspection agency & therefore not shipped. |
| 6. | Global trade is based on independent international inspection agencies certifying the product being shipped & is NEVER done on a sample basis. |
