This fish swims in the deepest and coldest parts of the Caspian Sea. Because they live in deep and specific feeding the fish, caviar flavors of nutty, fruity and slightly salty. Eggs is medium size and taste and aroma is stronger that Beluga. Some believe this caviar is even better than Beluga. Osetr caviar color is Grayish to dark brown and golden yellow. Osetr caviar also known as Royal Caviar.
