About Our Caviar Product

Purest, noblest and most luxurious feed the world is Iranian caviar. Gourmet and delicious food in the form of black pearls for Noble and distinguished classes of society People, who try the caviar for the first time, fall into two categories: either loves it or hate is! But it should be noted that the original taste of caviar with a spoon cannot be understood and require precision, feel and flavors more attention in the next two or three spoons.

Gourmet Caviar.

Gourmet sturgeon caviar is said to a group of very high quality and the Caspian Sea caviar are in this category.
The three main types of caviar of the Caspian Sea are: Beluga, Osetr and Sevryuga.

Beluga caviar is always in blue cans, Osetr Caviar always in yellow Cans and Sevryuga Caviar in Red cans.

– In total caviar is divided into two categories: farming and wild (Fished from the sea) farming caviar is more used
   in the world because Environmental reasons (we can supply both)

- We have two types of caviar: Black and Red The nutritional value is the same (we can supply both)

We have CITES certificate (the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora is an international agreement between governments. Its aim is to ensure that international trade in specimens of wild animals
and plants does not threaten their survival. CITES works by subjecting international trade in specimens of selected species
to certain controls.

All import, export, re-exports and introduction from the sea of species covered by the Convention has to be authorized through a licensing system. Each Party to the Convention must designate one or more Management Authorities in charge
of administering that licensing system and one or more Scientific Authorities to advise them on the effects of trade on the status of the species, Iranian Health ministry certificate , Iranian Veterinary Organization Certificate , International Code.
