Important information for all of our prospective Buyers:
Our company as facilitator is to assists to supply different commodities to Buyer.
We have to clarify some important key-moments, before start any cooperation:
TARGET PRICE
The prospective Buyer must give us his/her Target Price before exchanging of documents.
PRINCIPAL - an individual or legal entity is authorizing another person/entity to act as an Agent
for and on behalf of Principal.
PROCEDURE: up on Request or in SCO
FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT
If Buyer signs SPA only for one shipment
(SPOT) - He/her may issue DL/C
If Buyer signs SPA for 12 months
(FUTURES) - He/her needs to issue SBLC,
Seller must issue 2% of PB.
PRICE
All prices are in Platts, we will discuss with Sellers/Suppliers
only exactly price in FCO as Platts - some Discount / Platts plus some Premium.
